Our small team lovingly prepare and dispatch from the United Kingdom Monday-Friday. We typically dispatch within 1-2 business days.


Standard International Delivery - £9.95

  • Delivery usually expected in 7-14* business days (This is not a guaranteed time frame)
  • Shipped by Royal Mail via a tracked and/or signed service
  • A signature may be required upon delivery
  • Tracking is provided (availability subject to your local postal service). Please allow at least 48 hours for tracking to become active
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable

Once your order is prepared for dispatch, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information provided.
Please allow at least 48 hours [2 business days] for the tracking link to activate as it needs to be scanned through into the postal system.

End-to-end tracking is not available in all regions, and information will not update during customs processing. We do not have access to further tracking so please consult your local postal service quoting your tracking number if you need further assistance. For ALL international deliveries outside of the UK, customs charges may be incurred once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges are NOT included in the price of shipping, and are the responsibility of the recipient to pay. These charges are not raised by us but your countries authorities, and are therefore non-refundable in all circumstances. Customs policies & import duties vary from country to country and we can not estimate these charges ahead of time, so if you are unsure, please check with your local customs authorities BEFORE placing your order.

Delays can sometimes occur during the customs process and this is not something that we can control or speed up. 

Receiving Your Order

You will be contacted by your International Mail/customs/delivery agent who will tell you what charges are due, before the parcel can be delivered to you.  It is your responsibility, as the customer, to pay the charges due in your country.  Our understanding of these charges is:

  • Sales up to EUR €150 (GBP £135) will attract import VAT (TAX), and an international mail handling charge of up to EUR €10 (GBP £8)
  • Sales above EUR150 (GBP135) will attract import duty and import VAT (TAX), and an international mail handling charge of EUR10 (GBP8)

The import VAT (TAX) rate charged will be the standard rate in your country.

The import duty rate charged will be as the EU Common External Tariff rate, based on the description of the goods. 

Please keep all the above in mind when purchasing & please remember, these charges are not levied by ourselves, but by each country's authorities. Please do not order if you are not happy to accept responsibility for these charges.

Returning Goods

If you return goods to us, please follow the instructions in your country.  For parcels returned to us by international mail, you will need to complete a customs declaration (form CN22 or CN23) which should be fixed to the package; this will need to include information of the goods and the price – please use the information that was on the CN22 or CN23 when you received the goods.  Any refunds will be on our sale price.  Any charges referred to above are non-refundable, as these are charged direct to you by your customs authorities.

Everything Else

These time scales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. It is our of the ordinary but should your parcel be delayed please allow up to 30 working days for all international deliveries. If the parcel tracking states that is has been received into customs for processing then we please ask that you allow upto 45 working days for clearance in these unprecedented times. We unfortunately can not hurry this process and many countries now have a backlog of parcels which will only expand over peak season. Parcels will not deemed to be delayed or lost until at least this time has been allowed. Once your order has left us it is out of our hands and we cannot accept liability for delayed parcels. If you haven't received your order in this time, please ensure you contact us promptly within 14days past the time above so we can look into your query swiftly.

Please ensure your address is in full English including a house name/number and zip code. When entering your address it is your sole responsibility that it is correct and in full as no adjustments can be made. We are not responsible for orders that go missing or are returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Where delivery cannot be completed for any reason, your parcel will be held by your local postal service for you to collect. We advise that you regularly check tracking to avoid this. Undelivered / unclaimed items will be returned to sender and you will be liable for any additional charges.

Delays & Restrictions

For security reasons we do not currently offer shipping to the following countries:

Argentina, Brazil, China, Switzerland, Mexico, Iran, Israel, Iceland, India, Japan, Peru, Indonesia, Chile, Albania, Cuba, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Serbia, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, New Zealand. 

Due to UK Trade / Financial Sanctions we also can not ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea), Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe

Some items cannot be dispatched internationally - this includes homeware items, vintage, and home fragrance. Please check individual listings for more information.
