For all Customer Queries and Order Help


To ensure we can assist you as promptly as possible, please contact us from the email address used to place your order, along with the following:

- Order number. This can be found in your order confirmation email or by logging into your Dixi account.

- First & last name the order was placed under (especially if you do not have the order number to hand).

- Any other relevant details (including photos if applicable) so your query can be resolved efficiently.

- Please monitor your spam/junk folder if a response is not received to your inbox. Gmail users, please check your 'promotional' tab. We clear our inbox regularly.

- We respond to all emails within 2 working days. This does not include weekends or holidays. E.g. if you email on a Friday afternoon you can expect to hear from us by Tuesday afternoon.
