For all Customer Queries and Order Help
To ensure that we can assist you as promptly as possible, please contact us from the email address used to place your order, and make sure to include the following:
- Your order number. This is a 6-digit number that can be found in your order confirmation email or by logging into your Dixi account.
- The first & last name the order was placed under (especially if you do not have the order number to hand).
- Any other relevant details, including photos if applicable, so your query can be resolved efficiently.
We aim to respond to all emails within 2 business days (i.e. Monday to Friday). This does not include weekends or public holidays. Please be patient, as you are speaking to human beings and not AI!
Please monitor your spam/junk folder if you don't see a response to your inbox in this time. Gmail users, check your 'promotions' tab. We clear our inbox regularly so its unlikely we haven't got back to you!
