Introducing... The Soul of the Forest
In today's post we wanted to introduce you in a bit more detail to our brand new 'The Soul Of The Forest' Necklace.Designed by Emilie-Jane Osborne as part of our Dixi Talent Scout Competition and brought to life with love in collaboration with Dixi, Chaser Spaeth @aseriesofsteps, along with our CAD master Caroline.
Paired with the Sleeping Shadow Tail Ring, these two are an Autumncore match made in heaven. Matching oak leaf detailing, the hand grasps a tiny acorn close, keeping it safe and sound for the sleepy Squirrel resting in his oak wreath. With its vintage inspiration fused with a healthy dose of Autumn magic, we couldn't help but fall for this incredible design as soon as we saw it! We can't wait to see you wearing your Soul of the Forest Necklace with pride.
These steps make the design and creation process look pretty quick and simple, but it's far from it! Tweaks and adjustments are always inevitable; what you thought would work and look great, often end up being impractical, financially unfeasible, or just don't look how you imagined them!
So, with that said, come with us on another journey from sketch, to reality...
