Dixi Throwbacks: Vicky's Dixi Ring Collection

Awoo Dixi Fam,

For this post I thought I would share my jewellery box which as you can see is packed with Dixi treasures old and new. This isn't even all of them - it's just the ones that fit in this box! Do you tend to change out your jewellery quite a lot, or are you like me and tend to get emotionally attached to each little one and struggle to let go?

This jewellery box was a super cheap one from ebay but it has done me well for about 4 years. I tend to keep it tucked away in a drawer, so every time I pull it out to switch up my current rings the memories of each ring come back!

Some of my favourites:

If I had to choose a favourite, it would be one of the thorn labradorite rings - Skadi's Demise, the Forbidden Love Labradorite, or the unnamed labradorite ring in the very top left corner. Amy made these especially for herself and for Naomi, but both me and Keely also got to keep one of the other samples each. So they were never actually sold in our shop and this is an extra special, rare Dixi piece. MINE! :)

You'll also spot that I am a firm lover (like a lot of you) of the Little Luna Rings, so I have these in multiple sizes and stones. Not sorry.

Other honourable mentions:

Veni Vidi Amavi Rings

"She Came, She Saw, She Loved"
These were from early 2015, so shout out if you recognise them! I have to give these a particular special mention, as they were the first Dixi rings that I owned.  I don't think I'll ever be able to let them go.

Luna Crescent Ring

This ring was also from early 2015, and I'm pretty sure I got it at the same time as my Veni Vidi Amavi Rings.

To the left you might recognise the namesake ring from the Killing Moon Collection in 2016.

Sweet Heart of Mine Amethyst Ring

From the early 2016 collection Heart of Gold. I am a February baby so amethyst naturally has my heart and I had to have one!

Luna Crescent Ring

This, along with a Little Luna Labradorite Ring (back then it was called Night Wall), were the first rings I bought after I started work at Dixi in late 2015.

Mucalinda Snake Ring

I remember saying to Amy about a design like this early in 2017 when we were discussing a snake-inspired collection (at that point I'm pretty sure we were only thinking it would be a small halloween collection!), and the final ring was even better than I imagined. My perfect thumb ring!

Original Apep Snake Ring

Also from Domum Serpente, the original Apep Snake Peridot Ring. As a proud Slytherin I was really excited by this collection, and I still love my snakey bois.

I hope you've enjoyed this little peek into my Dixi ring collection. I'd love to see what treasures that you have in yours, especially the super old ones that I probably don't remember off the top of my head!

Lots of love,

Vicky x
